Terms of Use

Last updated: June 21, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of 9Remote, including the mobile application and related website. By using 9Remote, you agree to these Terms.

1. What 9Remote Does

9Remote helps you discover compatible smart TVs and cast receivers on your local Wi-Fi network, control them from your iPhone, type into supported TV input fields, launch supported TV apps, and cast selected photos or videos.

2. Compatibility

TV support depends on brand, operating system, model, region, firmware, enabled TV services, and network conditions. Some features may work on one TV but not another. 9Remote does not guarantee compatibility with every TV or every media format.

3. Your Responsibilities

4. Subscriptions and Free Trials

9Remote may offer paid subscriptions, free trials, or premium features. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the App Store according to Apple's terms. If a free trial is offered, the App Store manages the trial length, renewal, and cancellation timing. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID settings.

5. No Warranty

9Remote is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or able to play every media format.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9Remote and its developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, device issues, network problems, subscription platform issues, or inability to control a TV.

7. Privacy

Your use of 9Remote is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and used.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of 9Remote after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
